Singapore Takeout

Designed and built for the Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore Takeout is a fully mobile, motorised pop-up kitchen system housed within a 20-foot shipping container. This TSCO innovation is equipped with a complete kitchen setup, including backup power and water supply, allowing full culinary functionality anywhere in the world.

As a key initiative of the Singapore International Culinary Exchange (SPICE) campaign—helmed by IE Singapore, SPRING Singapore, and STB—Singapore Takeout travelled to 9 global cities: London, Paris, Moscow, New York, Shanghai, Delhi, Dubai, Sydney, and Hong Kong.

Launched with celebrated chef Janice Wong, the container transformed into a sleek open-kitchen space for culinary demonstrations and tastings, showcasing Singapore’s food culture, chefs, and ingredients to international audiences.
