Extreme Sailing

As the stadium-style sailing event made its return to Singapore, The Shelter Company was appointed to deliver a full suite of infrastructure for the Extreme Sailing Series at The Promontory. Our turnkey setup included two-storey hospitality suites, container kitchens, activation spaces, and branded Mastertent® marquees, supporting both race operations and public engagement.

The double-deck hospitality units served as premium viewing decks and clubhouses for teams like Team Aberdeen and G.H. Mumm, while our food & beverage containers powered the event’s dining zones such as the Recipes bistro. Branded tents were deployed throughout the Race Village for experiences like the Aberdeen Winch challenge, merchandise stalls, and sponsor booths.

Positioned directly along Marina Bay, the modular builds offered clear race views and activated the waterfront with elevated event energy. From crowd flow to VIP hosting, The Shelter Company enabled a seamless build experience in one of Singapore’s most iconic event locations.
